Hi, I’m John — founder of Healthy Lifestyle Challenges, rectal cancer survivor, and former Type 2 diabetic who’s walked the hard road of emotional eating, late-night cravings, and food guilt. After battling multiple chronic health conditions, I knew I had to take control of my lifestyle — not through crash diets or restriction, but by changing my mindset, building powerful habits, and learning to truly listen to my body. What started as a personal mission turned into a passion for helping others break free from the same struggles I faced.
